What is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coach?

When combined with a variety of tools, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion coaching is a powerful and effective method that helps leaders and managers arrive at their own solutions instead of being told what steps to take. The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as, ‘Partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential’

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion director and non-executive director level for the NHS and Social Housing Association. Trained and accredited as an ILM Coach, member of the Association of Coaching (AC) who adheres to the Code of Ethics for Coaching and regular supervision.

Who does Pamela normally work with?

Experienced with working with all levels of senior leadership teams from CEO to Operational Directors. Pamela’s experience has varied from working in the NHS and health care settings to global private sector organisations.
